"no tv and no beer"

Well, the mystery has come and gone, "no tv and no beer" debuted at the Gallery 1988 booth and sold out on Sunday at the San Diego Comic Con. It's 12x36, 3-colors, printed on black paper and it set folks back $70.

While I was working on "all work and no play" I couldn't get the vision for this print out of my head. I've been a huge fan since the first episode and remain one to this day.

I actually saw this episode before I had seen The Shining, I was only 15 at the time. It was one of those things that became retroactively 100 times funnier once I saw what it was parodying.

Thanks a ton to everyone who came out and grabbed a print this weekend. It was a pleasure meeting folks at the signing and with SO much going on at the con, it felt extra special that you all made the time and budgeted funds to pick up my stuff.

It was honor to bask in your warming glow.
